Oficial letter No. 5971/CT-TTHT dated 27 august 2013 of HCM taxation department in guidance of PIT finalization
According to official letter No.5971/CT-TTHT:
In case, in 2013, there are employees of an enterprise terminating labor contracts at the end of August of 2013, the enterprise only declares the paid income & the withheld PIT amounts within first 8 months of 2013 to finalize PIT with tax authority as well as grants PIT withholding certificate to these individuals to directly self-finalize with tax authority
